Some of our clients do not want to manage their Rightfax server environment. For these clients we provide a managed Rightfax environment. Either for DR purposes or your primary faxing we will provide the complete infrastructure to manage your server. This includes provisioning of T1s, user administration, fax broadcasting or support for any other feature.

BROADCAST FAXING
Fax broadcasting allows you to reach many clients quickly and in an extremely cost-effective manner. If you are unfamiliar with this type of service, it merely allows for the simultaneous faxing of a document to many parties in a concentrated time period.
There are many benefits to utilizing our fax broadcast services. The benefits include eliminating the time and inconvenience of doing it in house; professional customization of faxed documents; and the timely delivery of multiple faxes in a short period of time. Outsourcing using our automation also will increase accuracy by eliminating manual entries as well as increasing successes due to repeated attempts at different hours to busy lines. In addition a personalized report will be generated indicating successes and failures of all faxes as well as the reason. Your database can then be updated depending on whether the problem is due to a busy line, human answer or no answer. This increased efficiency saves both time and money.
