A quick note from OpenText regarding users still on Rightfax 9.3:

Just a friendly reminder that RightFax 9.3 is scheduled to go end of life at the end of December.  After this date we will still support RightFax 9.3 on a best effort basis.  Software bug fixes (hotfixes) will not be available.  To be fully supported start planning for an upgrade or migraton.

Bit by Bit is reconmends that clients should get on a supported version of RightFax.  Just like insurance, you wish you had it when you get sick.  It ends up costing more in the long run if you do not upgrade to a supported version of RightFax.
