Bit by Bit Technical Support
Bit by Bit provides technical support to eligible support contacts within the customer's organization. Standard Support is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with options for extended coverage available at additional fees. Customer eligible contacts (i.e., individuals authorized to call Technical Support) are required to complete product training (where applicable), provided by Bit by Bit, prior to being registered as a contact. Note: Product training is not provided as part of Bit by Bit Support Contracts. Methods of communicating with Bit by Bit Technical Support include:
