System Engineer Office 365 / Intune / Azure

Description

The Systems Engineer will take the lead in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft-based cloud environments within our clients' networks. In depth knowledge of Office 365 with specific experience with Intune is a must.

Bit by Bit is a Managed Service Provider (MSP). This is a full-time position to work with our Level 3 team specifically on Microsoft Cloud migration projects.

Many of our clients are migrating from Private Cloud or on-premises systems and we are seeking an experienced engineer to help implement these migrations and provide on-going support.

This is a hands-on project where you will be working with our Level 3 team and engaged with clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure
• Implement and support Microsoft Intune
• Office 365 email migrations
• Ongoing support for client's Microsoft infrastructure
• Implement and administer infrastructure for business solutions based on Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019
• Implement and administer virtual environments for both desktops and servers based on Microsoft, VMWare products.
• Configure and manage enterprise applications such as Active Directory, SQL, SharePoint, and third party applications.
• Provide tier 3 troubleshooting support for a complete range of systems and network issues.
• Document systems and provide knowledge transfer for our support team
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers that further develop our Company's positive reputation through exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience of increasing levels of technical knowledge and exposure to Microsoft based cloud technologies including: Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Sharepoint, Teams and RDS
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare and Hyper-V)
• Familiar with Networking technologies (switching, routing, firewall)
• Experience with Fortigate Firewalls and Veeam backup software a big plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
